Katie has a sore about the size of a pencil eraser on the side of her tongue about midways back. She had one there a few months ago but it went away-or so I thought. I just saw it when she was eating. She was just at the dentist yesteray, I wish I had known it then and he's too far away for me to let him check. Do you think it could be a canker sore? I don't have any experience with them. I just know I freak when I think something is wrong with her so spotting this sore has scared me.

Any ideas? Thoughts?

Oh, I'm not going to bother her again but I think it looked a little white and had like a red border at the top.
